TERMS & CONDITIONS:   All vehicles are sold AS-IS; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; Farrington Towing and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but no guarantees or warranties are expressed nor implied. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final - No refunds. It is the bidder's responsibility for due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked, will have their card charged, and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. Farrington Towing will not sell a vehicle to the previous registered owner whether known or not, at the time of bidding. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed by Wednesday following the auction close, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. No pick ups after 4:00pm or on weekends. Payments will be made at Farrington Towing by cash or debit card only. No checks or credit cards. A $50 charge will apply to vehicles requiring Title 42 paperwork. Farrington Towing follows title 42 regulations for all vehicles. Farrington is at the mercy of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Until Title 42 paperwork is approved, you are not the registered owner. If you choose to drive a vehicle purchased from Farrington Towing, you are doing so at your own risk. Farrington Towing does not offer temporary tags. If you choose to spend money making repairs of any kind before the paperwork is approved, you are doing so at your own risk. All paperwork will be done in the bidders name only. No exceptions. There is no expected timeline on getting paperwork and Farrington Towing makes no guarantees. Farrington Towing does not guarantee any lien releases for vehicles purchased from auction. Due to insurance regulations, all vehicles will leave the lot driven, trailered, or towed by a wrecker. No exceptions. No repairs to any vehicle shall be made while on the Farrington lot; front or back. No vehicles will be moved by Farrington staff. If you need it moved, you will be required to pay a hook-up fee. NOTICE - Any vehicles not picked up and paid for by the Friday following the auction will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee.
