This is an online only auction. Bidders are required to create an account and input credit card information for verification. All Purchases Must Be Paid For Before They Can Be Picked Up. Cash, Checks, Credit / Debit Cards, and Wire Transfers Will Be Accepted. (3% Service Fee on All Credit /Debit Card Purchases). A 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be In Effect. A $100 Deposit / Authorization is required to register. Any Non Paying Bidders Will Have Their Cards Charged Up to the Full Purchase Amount and Be Permanently Banned From Bidding. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Removal of Items will be held by scheduled appointment on Thursday, September 24th and Friday, September 25th. Winning Bidders will be contacted to choose an appointment on Bray Auctions' scheduling system.

LOCATION & DIRECTIONS Elite Wrecker Services - OKC YARD 6001 SE 74th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73135 INSPECTION TIMES Friday before the auction from 8am to 5pm SALE INFORMATION Please review all terms and conditions prior to auction: All vehicles are sold AS IS / WHERE IS, including, but not limited to all known and unknown mechanical faults, title brands/issues, vehicle history, or errors in announcements. We strive to provide correct information, but due diligence is required by interested bidders. There are NO GUARANTEES expressed or implied. All vehicles must be paid for on Monday following the auction - NO EXCEPTIONS. Non-payment will result in a permanent ban from ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS and buyer's credit card will be charged up to the amount of the final bid. All vehicles must be removed by Wednesday following the auction. If vehicles are not removed, it will be considered abandoned, purchase will be forfeited without refund, and vehicle will be re-sold at the following auction. All payments must be made by cash or credit card with proper ID. Note: Credit card payments will incur a 5% fee. Cars indicated "w/ Title" will be given title at time of payment. "TNT" or "Title in Transit" cars have title in process at Service Oklahoma and being mailed, or the title is being mailed from an out of state tax commission. When available, Elite Wrecker will contact buyers to pick up at their location. "Bill of Sale" cars will receive a bill of sale at time of payment. Bill of sale vehicles are reserved for parts only. If bidders decide to try to obtain a title on bill of sale cars, that process is 100% the responsibility of the purchaser. "Title 42" cars will be given a Return of Sale at time of payment. Once the paperwork has been turned into the tax commission, it is out of the hands of Elite Wrecker the amount of time it takes for processing. Do not attempt to title, register, pre-register, or sell a Title 42 vehicle before receiving the title packet from Elite Wrecker. This will only result in a denial from Service Oklahoma. Should your actions cause this denial, buyer is responsible to find their own Title 42 agent and fix the problem themselves. Title 42 process typically takes 7-8 weeks, but when experiencing delays, it has taken up to 8 months. Please be patient. If buyer loses, damages, or misplaces paperwork after purchase of a vehicle, certified copies can be obtained for a $125 fee. Elite Wrecker will not provide copies for a transaction over 12 months old. Working on vehicles is NOT ALLOWED on Elite Wrecker Service property. If a purchased vehicle requires repairs, it must be towed away and repaired at your location. Registered bidders and all attendees agree that they assume all risk for themselves and anyone whom they are chaperoning while on location at Elite Wrecker Services. Impound lots house wrecked and damaged automobiles, and all persons agree to hold Elite Wrecker Service harmless of any and all liability. All vehicles are sold AS-IS with no warranties express nor implied; it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect and verify information regarding vehicles; TowMate and Bray Auctions have provided information to the best of their ability, but buyers have the ultimate responsibility of due diligence. Highest Bidder Wins. The online bidding platform will close at a rate of 1 item per minute. If a bid is made within the final 3 minutes of any item, the timer on THAT item will be reset to 3 minutes. Back up bidders and others will have the opportunity to bid again on that item. An item does not close or sell until the final 3 minutes elapse with no further bids. All sales are final. It is the bidder's responsibility to do due diligence on all items purchased. Any bidder that wins an item and does not pay will have their bidding credentials revoked and will NEVER be permitted to bid again. All items must be paid for before they are removed. ALL items must be paid for and removed by the Friday following the auction from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Any vehicles still not picked up during the allotted time will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee. Payments will be made at TowMate by CASH ONLY.
