All Purchases Must Be Paid For Before They Can Be Picked Up. Cash, Checks, Credit / Debit Cards, and Wire Transfers Will Be Accepted. (3% Convenience Fee on All Credit /Debit Card Purchases).
A 10% Buyer's Premium Will Be In Effect.
Removal of Items will be held by scheduled appointment on Monday, May 24th through Wednesday, May 26th. Winning Bidders will be contacted to select an appointment time on Bray Auctions' online scheduling system.
Terms and Conditions
Auction Date:
Bidding will begin closing at 2:00 P.M. central time on Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at the rate of 1 items per minute. The closing time of each lot is subject to Bray Auctions’ internet bidding platforms "soft close" auto-extend feature. When time remaining to bid on an item falls below three minutes, a new bid being placed on that item will result in the bidding clock being reset to three minutes. Auto-extend bidding will continue on an item by item basis until such time as no further bids are received.
To simplify the bidding process, we encourage bidders to download the Bray Auctions mobile bidding App, available for iOS and Android devices in the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.

Terms of the Auction:
This is an Online Only Auction, by registering to bid, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms and conditions of this auction and that you agree to abide by all terms and conditions as stated wherein.
All auction items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties neither expressed nor implied from Bray Auctions. Descriptions of the auction items are believed to be correct and accurate and are provided in good faith, but are matters of opinion and not guaranteed by the seller nor Bray Auctions. Bidders must rely solely on their own judgment regarding the condition, grade, authenticity and accuracy of descriptions prior to placing a bid. By placing a bid, purchasers acknowledge and agree to all terms of the auction and agree not to retract their bid. Bidders that cannot satisfy the terms of the auction should not bid. All auction purchases are considered to have been verified by the purchaser, considering condition, grade and authenticity, prior to the purchaser placing their winning bid.
Payment & Buyer’s Premium:
Credit Card information will be required in order to bid. Winning bidders will have the option to pay by either credit card, cash, or personal or company check at pick up.
For all purchases, regardless of payment method, a 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to your bid price to determine the final sales price of the items purchased. Purchases paid for by credit or debit card will be subject to an additional 3% convenience fee.
Sales tax will also be charged on the final sale price of applicable items. Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax by providing Bray Auctions with your sales tax number and executing a sales tax exemption form.

Pickup of Auction Purchases:
First and foremost, all items MUST be paid in full prior to removal. Payment will be made at the time of pick up. Pick ups will be handled on a scheduled basis. Winning bidders will be contacted at the auction close with instructions on setting an appointment through our online scheduling system.
Please be mindful that pickup of items following the auction is often the most stressful time of the auction process. Bray Auctions and/or Seller's personnel will be onsite to facilitate a smooth and orderly pickup. We ask that all purchasers be respectful and realize that the safety and security of your auction purchases is of upmost importance.
Shipping:
Bray Auctions will facilitate in the packaging and shipping of firearms at the flat rate of $20 per gun plus actual shipping costs. Any shipped firearms, other than antiques and others allowed to be transferred to individuals by federal law, must be shipped to a licensed FFL in purchaser’s state of residence.
General Auction Terms:
Bray Auctions reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and / or the bidding rights and privileges of any bidder at any time that is deemed to have taken actions not to be in the best interest of the seller or auction process.
Bray Auctions reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction prior to the close of bidding, split or combine lots, and add minimum bids or reserve prices. Bray Auctions also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule any individual items and or the entire auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times, inspection times, or removal times.
Bray Auctions reserves the right to charge the purchasers credit card on file an amount up to the full purchase price for items not paid for in a timely manner.

Special Firearm Auction Terms:
ALL firearm purchases will be subject to a completion of a federal ATF form 4473 as well as a NICS background check, as required by federal law. If a purchaser does not pass the required NICS check, or is restricted from taking possession of a purchased firearm for ANY reason, the purchaser’s payment will be retained, and the firearm will be resold for the purchaser and will be subject to commission and fees such as any other consignment.
All purchasers are encouraged to research federal and state firearm regulations and laws for their own protection. Bray Auctions is a federally licensed dealer, and as such, is required to follow all laws regarding the acquisition, purchase, and transfer of firearms, ammunition, firearm accessories, as well as any and all other regulated items.
The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), which regulates firearms at the federal level, requires that citizens and legal residents must be at least 18 years of age to purchase shotguns or rifles and ammunition. All other firearms — handguns, for example — can only be sold to people 21 and older.
Fugitives, people deemed a danger to society and patients involuntarily committed to mental institutions are among those who may not purchase firearms. People with prior felony convictions that include a prison sentence exceeding one year, or misdemeanors carrying sentences of more than two years, are also prohibited from purchasing firearms.
Federal law also blocks the sale of guns to people who have been found guilty of unlawfully possessing or using controlled substances within the past year. This includes marijuana, which, though legalized in many US states, remains illegal under federal law.
Other restrictions apply to people who have been issued restraining orders by courts to prevent harassment, stalking or threatening; people who have renounced their citizenship; dishonorably discharged military personnel; unauthorized migrants; and people temporarily visiting the US on nonimmigrant visas, for example as tourists.
